Aussie PM Suggests Penalties for Refusing COVID-19 Tests in Melbourne ‘Hot Zones’

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has supported the Victorian government’s stringent lockdown procedures on Melbourne residential areas to fight outbreaks of the CCP infection and suggested penalties for those that refuse to be tested.
